Dana was absolutely amazing. He was honest, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to properly look into the issue, explained everything clearly, and was able to take care of the problem promptly without trying to sell us on unnecessary work or repairs.
It is so refreshing to come across a technician who is genuinely honest and truly cares about helping the customer. Dana made what could have been a very stressful and expensive situation so much easier for us. We are extremely grateful for the way he handled everything and for the excellent service he provided.
